This talk provides a good overview of the basic components of nutrition, the relationship between food and humans, what it does to your body at rest and during exercise. It also discusses how the different nutritional components are stored in the body
and its functions when used in physical activities. The information in this talk will provide strong relevance with the active population.
The aim of this talk is to introduce practical nutrition information to the participants so that they can make more informed decisions related to their health and fitness. By understanding how food works with their body, it allows the participants to understand what they may or may not need in their diet to hit their goals.
The venue is flexible, we can conduct the class in your office, either in a room or hall, equipped with a projector and seats. A whiteboard will be preferred but not required.
