Women in Leadership Programs (WIL) – Supporting and strengthening your female talent pipeline

Accelerate for Emerging Leaders (minimum 8 years work experience); workshop dates: May 8/9

Advance & Thrive for Senior Managers (minimum 8 years leadership experience); workshop dates: April 24/25 and May 28/29

If you’d like to support your female talent by giving a push to their the career, you may want to consider sending them to one of our programs.

Developing Global Leaders’ Women in Leadership initiative aims to support individual female talent career advancement as well as help companies build a stronger female talent pipeline for future senior leadership roles. While other public programs are typically one-off interventions, we are working together with the participants over a period of 4-6 months, and have been able to positively impact past participants’ careers. This is the fourth year we are running this program both in Singapore and Malaysia.

The programs are designed as integrated development journeys and consist of a combination of interactive workshops run by highly experienced facilitators, a psychometric self-assessment, panel discussions, one-to-one coaching, and networking dinner(s). We aim to give a ‘push’ to the individuals’ career by equipping them with essential leadership skills as well as addressing gender-specific subjects. Participants generally come from MNCs (e.g. Google, International SOS, TD Securities and Volvo) and the feedback from both participants and sponsors has been extremely positive. Class sizes are typically 10-15 participants which allows for in-depth networking and benchmarking with participants from different industries, functions and cultures. We also measure the ROI of our initiative by gathering feedback immediately after the workshops as well as a few months after the leadership journey was completed.
