Advanced Diploma programme in Construction Management is a 1 year Part Time programme specially designed to enable graduates engineers, architects and other related professionals with an interest in pursuing a career as a construction/project manager to expand their skills and knowledge needed by the industry.
The main objective of the programme is to develop competent construction mangers who will have the skills to effectively manage projects in the construction Industry.

Mode of Assessment:
The assessment depends on the nature of the modules. Please refer to the course structure above. Modules are taught in a face-to-face manner.
Entry Qualification:
- Minimum 3 ‘A’ level or equivalent qualification including English -E and any 2 science subjects – E /Equivalent (or)
- Matured student with more than 5 years relevant working experience will be considered (or)
- Other qualification with experience will be considered case to case basis

Graduation Requirement:
Advanced Diploma in Construction Management (Chinese)will be awarded by Capital College of Management And Technology upon successful completion of all 12 modules and graduates may use the title ADipCM after their names.
