Diploma in Construction Management provide more detail and in depth knowledge on the construction management skills which lead them to be professional competency in construction industry. This programme introduces and develops the key skills for learners on the Planning, Coordination, Monitoring and Controlling in building construction. These skills will enable learners to be dynamic, respond and adapt to the changing requirements in the construction industry. The Programme will give attention to many real case studies pertaining to the construction management especially in the Procurement, Planning, financial management, Human resource, Scheduling and PMP.

The learners will study and analyse leadership style, organisational structure and human management. This course will equip learners with necessary qualities as Construction Manager, Senior Project Coordinator and Site Manager to monitor the project progress and complete the project with predetermined objectives (times, cost and quality).

The Private Education Act prescribes a clear line of accountability for the conduct and practices of PEIs.
