Project Management Fundamentals |Agile goes beyond techniques to bring innovation, responsiveness, and quality to project in any situation. This tailored course will introduce participants to principles, processes and practices that can be applied in any sector. The PMF | Agile course intends to address the needs of those working as a Project Manager | Business Analyst | Senior Manager | etc. in a project-focused environment (E.g. Software Development ) who want to be armed with accessible, adaptable Agile know-how(s) and focuses on equipping them with the knowledge to deliver Agile Projects in organizations requiring NOT only Standards but rigor, visibility around Project Management and be able to offer alternatives to waterfall, or traditional sequential development.

The training is delivered by highly experienced IT Agile Business Transformation Expert, with participation by the delegates being integral to the learning process.

Methodology:

Agile is Not a methodology - The Agile movement seeks alternatives to traditional project management. Agile approaches help Project Managers | Teams | Organizations respond to unpredictability through incremental, iterative work rhythms and pragmatics feedback. It is simply flexible and interactive Project Management approaches that will fast track results for any business.

Pre-Requisite:

Minimum 2 years Project / General People Management experience
Minimum 1 Year working on Project teams with PMI or any agile methodologies. This requirement is in addition to the first point.

Audience: This course is tailored and ideal for Project Managers, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, Senior Level Managers | Leaders and those in the PMO or related functions as a qualified team expertise.

Duration: 2 Full Day Course – Participants will be educated about the essentials of effective Agile Project Management including framework, forms of Agile like Scrum, Crystal, XP, … Engagement, etc.

The Big Picture:

Agile originated in the IT / Software Development sectors. However, agile has grown in popularity throughout all industries as a way to efficiently manage projects with potentially changing requirements.
Scrum is a form of Agile. Other forms include Crystal, FDD, XP and DSDM, so get ready as your instructor will cover as many as of these forms of Agile during this 2 days course if time permits.
Certification is a great advantage for agile project manager, but not essential. This course is tailored in response to a demand for non-certified agile training option.
