Demonstrates how participants can influence their organization, build stakeholder alliances through credibility, reciprocity, and persuasion and engage in constructive dialogue to win support for your ideas and strategic initiatives. Leverage influence techniques in order to promote consensus, as well as manage and motivate others to facilitate long-term results.
