A two-day course, Relational Coaching will equip you to be a relational leader-coach. The relational approach builds trust and focuses on people, and you will learn how to lead with the heart and mind in a way that builds people up, while producing results.
Slow is fast: Focusing too much on fast action, can be demoralizing to a team if there are no meaningful relationships and sense of purpose. To take it slow means to build strong foundations in each of your team members’ or family’s sense of purpose, and to deepen understanding and communication, that leads to them being more energised, and thus, purposeful and productive.
This course includes case study videos and practice sessions to equip you with essential principles and experience your own personal breakthrough, enabling you to build trust and relationship with others.
