DURATION :: 3-3.5hrs

LEARN :: to bake Brownie Cookie Dough Cake. Using couverture chocolate to make brownie and sandwich in between thick layer cheese cookie dough filling. You will be surprise how nice this cookie dough tastes. On the top will be a layer of chocolate ganache and decorated with more cookie dough filling.

CLASS FORMAT :: demo on essential steps and hands-on. Also see Q12 in FAQ.

TAKE HOME :: 6" whole cake. Cake box. Recipes.
