This 3-day course is developed to meet the requirements and best practice of ISO22301 standard. The course will be focusing on the areas that an internal auditor should process and look out for when conducting a BCM internal audit.
A highly interactive workshop that focus on practical and feasibility (not theoretical based), participants will get hands-on sessions in conducting audit through lectures, discussions and role play. Checklist will be provided as the take-aways.

PRE-REQUISITE
Participants attending this course are required to have attended BCM introductory courses such as BCM Manager course. The fundamentals of BCM process will not be discussed during this training.
