In my cooking workshop, guests will cook every dish themselves from scratch. We will end the workshop by enjoying the food we cooked together. We will take this opportunity to take photos and share experiences and stories. The below menu may change due to reasons like seasonal ingredients. Please check with me for the menu. My name is Wei Qiang, i will be your Host and cooking mentor when you sign up for my Peranakan cooking workshop or any other of my Experiences. I am a Singapore born Chinese Hokkien Peranakan who have being cooking privately and professionally for some years. I am doing these because; 1. Share Singapore food, specially Peranakan Singapore Food with people all around the world. 2. A channel for me to continue practice what i love and share that love with all the people around the world.
