Through his research, training & consulting work, Marc has helped many organizations from various industry sectors to resolve sticky risk management problems and transform their business and operating models though the design and implementation of effective Risk Management Solutions, optimizing the way they manage their risk profile and prepare to manage various types of crisis and business changes successfully. His clients include organizations from insurance and financial services, government/public organisations, telecom, IT infrastructure, media/communication and oil and gas.
An accomplished coach & trainer with hands-on professional and academic experience, Marc has recognized expertise in organizing and delivering corporate training programs and solutions to share effectively knowledge with international management audiences. He also lectures on various risk & governance management topics at several institutes and universities in Asia.
An innovative expert, he has authored comprehensive methodologies and widely popular learning programs on risk decision-making, corporate governance, performance, human capital, risk and crisis management such as the CERM™ and the CPRM™ programs. Marc is also a sought after speaker at international risk management conferences and as regular contributor to the field and trade press, he has been published extensively with over 50 articles and white papers to his credit.
Marc has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth GSB, an MSc in Insurance and a LLM from the University of La Sorbonne. He is also a Fellow in Applied Risk Management (FARM) from the CARM Institute.

Bala currently leads the Digital Strategy and Transformation initiatives in the context of Enterprise Risk management space. With an international career spanning 20+ years, Bala is a strategic thinker, business leader and hands on technology manager with
core expertise centered on the use of technology, process engineering and information analytics.
His current areas of interest include Customer Experience Design, Sense Making, Cyber Risks, Data Analytics and Digital Transformation. He has also been assisting entrepreneurs in their efforts at business planning and risk management.
He is an active member of startup and incubation hubs based out of Singapore, Canada & Bangalore where he mentors early stage technology and ceramic art ventures. Bala holds and MBA from National University of Singapore and a Masters Degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science.
