This is a comprehensive Beauty Training Programme which aims to enable the front-liners in the retail beauty business to effectively provide advice on skincare at point of sale.

This programme is to enhance the knowledge and training of your beauty consultants, advisors, promoters and related retail sales staff and supervisors to start them off with a solid foundation to provide a professional and more effective service to your customers.  As a result, sales staff able to bridge a connection of trust and affinity with customers and ultimately it helps to increase sales for your organisation.

Beauty Consultants, Advisors, Promoters, and related retail sales staff and supervisors.

Course Outline:

• Skin structure
• Identify different types of skin (oily, dry, sensitive, combination etc)
• Maintain personal grooming
• Maintain personal hygiene
• Apply retail etiquette in dealing with customers
• Analyse customer’s face for design of skincare plan
• Formulate skincare routine to meet customers’ needs
• Recommend and advise on use of skincare products according to customers’ needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SkillsFuture Credit – Policy for Cancellations / Rescheduling

Can I get a refund for the credit that I have used for a course if I am unable to attend the course or did not complete the course?

Where possible, you should cancel your claim submission in the SkillsFuture Credit portal before the course start date. If your course has started and you are unable to complete it, you will need to contact the training provider for information about the training provider’s refund policy.

Style and Beauty Experts – Policy Cancellation / Refund

Minimum Numbers: If we do not receive the minimum number of sign-ups for a class to start, we may have to cancel that class and reschedule students for an alternative class dates/times. If you’re unable to attend any of the alternatives you’re entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

No Shows: Your course fee is not refundable if you don’t show up for your scheduled class. However, if you miss your class due to illness and provide a medical certificate within 7 days of your scheduled class, we will reschedule you at no extra charge.

Where a candidate withdraws from the Course for any reason, Style and Beauty Experts shall, as soon as practicable after receiving the trainee’s / student’s written notice of withdrawal (and in any event no more than 30 calendar days after receiving such notice) refund to the trainee / student the following sums (less any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid / payable).

Refund: Refund policy is determined by the percentage of the aggregate amount of fees paid and the candidate’s written notice of withdrawal received before the Course Commencement Date.

– A non-refundable minimum cancellation fee of $140 applies should you make a cancellation for any of our courses and SkillsFuture courses.

–  2 Weeks or less but more than 1 week – 50%

–  Less than one week or after Course Commencement Date – 0%
