U E Learning Centre was established in 2002. The centre was the main centre to provide 3G Abacus Course to Children and Adults. Over the years, 3G Abacus has proven to produce excellent results in Abacus and Mental Arithmetic training. It has expand rapidly over the years, with about 2000 new students each year. It has also clinched many awards in International Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competitions.
