Shu Wei has 14 years experience working in the semiconductor industry holding different roles in IC Design, layout verification and mask data preparation. He has a keen interest in scripting and has extensive knowledge in PERL, PHP, MySQL among others. Aptly applied to his area of work, he had simplified many work methodologies leading to much productivity and quality improvements for his various undertakings.

Shu Wei holds a Master of Science (Electrical Engineering) from National University of Singapore. He is also a PMP certified project manager and a Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner.
