Private Yoga Therapy sessions are designed to help you with pain reduction, tension release and relaxation. Yoga Therapy is often the most suitable way to begin a yoga practice for those living with health issues and discomfort. Our program provides a safe and intelligent movement programme which complements other rehabilitative therapies.

Yoga Therapy can be complementary to modern medicine as it is non-invasive and yet has proven very effective as it can address the psychosomatic root causes of many disorders. You will receive a customised home practice program for each session to address your specific needs and health concerns, which may include the following:
