This workshop provides a carefully tailored programme for vocal percussion to schools ranging from a single 2-hour session to an 8 week course to encourage greater participation in vocal percussion. It is the only vocal percussion programme to offer an introduction to vocal technique as well. By working with the industry’s best, students will get first-hand exposure to different genres of music and matching it with their vocal percussion lines.

Students will work out a little presentation at the end of their course, thereby learning how to notate for vocal percussion and learning about the use of microphones. Throughout the workshop, students can expect an exciting and enjoyable time with well-trained and highly experienced trainers working in an encouraging environment with a good mix of theoretical ideas and hands-on exposure leading to the presentation at the end of the course.
