We need the right knowledge and skills to carry out the sales processes related to secure prospect commitment to purchase a product or service. This 2 days workshop covers identifying and negotiating with potential customer to achieve sale, finalising
agreements and conducting necessary documentation processes.
Content / Structure
- Identify and prospect with potential customers to obtain new business
- Negotiate with prospect to achieve a sale
- Finalise agreement by obtaining mutual agreement, approvals and closing the sale
- Conduct documentation processes in accordance with organisational procedures
Upon successful completion, participant will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment..

The Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business (SCCIOB) is an ISO 9001:2008 certified non-profit training and education body registered under the Registry of Societies (UEN S92SS0008J) and a subsidiary of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI). The Institute’s history as a training and education provider can be traced back to 1984 when it first started as a Training Centre with governmental aid. It upgraded to its current status, the Institute of Business, in 1996.
SCCIOB is part of the SCCCI's Commerce & Industry Development Group comprising the Commerce & Industry Development Department in SCCCI's Secretariat, SME Infocomm Resource Centre (SIRC@SCCCI) and the SCCIOB. The institute is also distinguished to be amongst the first private education institutions to be successfully registered with the Council for Private Education for 4 years (i.e. from 20 May 2014 to 19 May 2018) under the Enhanced Registration Framework.
The Institute caters to the learning and development needs of a wide variety of trainees and students, including industry/company leaders, senior managers and working professionals, both local and international. The programmes offered can be broadly classified under business studies, language & culture studies, skills training and customised programmes. ...
