Outline
Basically, the program illustrates why people have issues in communicating, and a lot of this boils down to the genetic “colour” of one’s brain. There are 4 different colours (red, blue, green and purple, for classi<ication purposes) and each understand information, communicate, process, act and react in a completely different way, leading to misunderstandings, con<licts, assumptions and problems in the workplace. The good news is that each colour has its own strengths and weaknesses and the trick is to know how to use and combine these colours to enhance one’s personal growth as well as to greatly improve company productivity.

Over 20 years working in Asia and Europe, Celina has accumulated a vast experience and know-ˇhow in working and training participants from different cultures, work backgrounds and across languages. Celina trains in Europe, Middle East and Asia, working both with educational institutions and corporations. She is also a trainer, coach and assessor in the International Business Simulation Program at Regent’s University London, addressing ability for leadership, team building, team bonding and communication skills. Celina is very passionate about training. Her style of training engages participants in practical sessions with personable examples, humour and hands-ˇon activities for instant understanding and applicability.
