Therapeutic yoga with New Angle Yoga consists of yoga based exercise (including sequences of poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation techniques) planned and performed to attain a specific physical benefit, such as improvement of the range of motion, strengthening of weakened muscles, increased joint flexibility, or improved cardiovascular and respiratory function. Therapeutic yoga may target the physical body through movement and breath in order to bring freedom (from pain, stiffness, and irritation) to the cellular tissues that store the memory of past physical and/or emotional injuries.

We offer regularly scheduled yoga classes in Singapore and specialise in offering yoga teacher trainings (based on Baptiste YogaTM) and a variety of yoga anatomy trainings and workshops worldwide. New Angle Yoga creates environments that are safe places to grow and have fun while experiencing yoga that leaves you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 

Our director, Dr. Trish Corley, leads the yoga teacher trainings and workshops as well as several weekly classes. She is an internationally recognized yoga teacher and a doctor of physiotherapy.
