LEARN :: to bake bread & buns. Sweet Dough (water roux “湯種” method and improver). Soft Sweet Bun & Scone (Mexican Coffee bun aka Roti Boy; Hotdog bun using Halal certified chicken hotdog; Custard bun; Mayo Cheese Stick bun).
CLASS FORMAT :: demo on essential steps and hands-on. Scone demo only. Also see Q12 in FAQ.
TAKE HOME :: Various buns & scones to take home. Box provided. Recipes.
