Why Agile?
An agile individual is one who is being adaptable, managing change, always trying to keep pace with technology and consumers' ever-evolving needs and desires. Generally, a person who is physically agile tends to think agile. A person who exercise regularly using specific exercises will have such attributes.

A non agile person thinks and says "We have been doing this all this while". An agile person says "Let's see if we change and do it better".
