Certified Cloud Computing Specialist
A 5-day intensive training program with hands-on and project work component (PWC) that participants will carry out at the end of the training.
This program is specially designed to address the growing need for developing skills and expertise in this emerging Infocomm area Cloud Computing.
Participants will gain requisite skills to review in-depth a variety of currently available cloud computing options, satisfactorily address the issue and challenges, develop cloud-based applications, offer cloud computing services, and deploy applications in
clouds, addressing the cloud challenges. In addition, participants will develop the following skills:

Madhan Kumar Srinivasan, has a Ph.D., a Master of Technology in Comp. Science and Eng and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology. His doctoral thesis is eCloudIDS, which introduces an innovative new security architecture solution for any private/hybrid cloud infrastructures. He is currently an ‘Assistant Director and Principal Consultant’ of Training & Research Unit at Global Science and Technology Forum, Singapore. He has a decade of experience in the fields of research and industry. He has held several consultancy roles in Cloud Computing, Business Analytics and Big Data fields.
Prior joining to GSTF (Singapore), he worked for Infosys Limited (India) as a Senior Member of Education & Research Unit. At Infosys he was a member of the Design & Development Unit of Software Engineering Track at Education & Research, where he supported the development of many advanced cloud courses based on corporate client requirements. He also served as a Technical Consultant on both Cloud Platforms and Cloud Security, and was responsible for transferring technical know-ho in Cloud and Cloud Security units at Infosys. He handled some of the strategic projects like ‘KnowMagic’ – Infosys’s forth coming next-generation eLearning cloud product and ‘iMAM’ – Infosys Mobile Application Management product. He also actively supported Infosys initiatives like E&R VoY (Voice of Youth), Campus Connect, Spark, etc. In addition, he was responsible for setting up a private cloud using an open source IaaS tool named ‘CloudStack’ in E&R, which was the first successful private cloud deployment in E&R, at Infosys Mysore DC. This private cloud setup has been used for various purposes of Infosys like interns projects, cloud-related course creations, cloud security experiments, etc.
Dr. Madhan is an IBM Certified Solution Advisor for Cloud Computing Architecture V2. His areas of expertise include Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Big Data, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Mining and Data Warehousing, Identity Management, etc. He received “Tech Guru – Cloud Computing” Award for the year 2012 from Infosys.
