NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is the study of human behavior. It is an innovative approach to understanding and appreciating human experience, communication and behavior. NLP is known to have helped many people achieve breakthroughs in their performance, relationships, education, coaching, business, therapy and in themselves.

In Time Line Therapy (TLT), we believe that your life (past, future, present), experiences and memories are stored in a time line. And in using simple TLT techniques, we are able to make significant & positive changes in a person's life.

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic context. It is a serious therapeutic technique with amazing transformational power and yet, it is a very pleasant and calming experience. Hypnotherapy can help in accelerating positive changes, hence it is a great tool to learn.

Even if your are not a professional coach (eg. sports/ life coach), we believe that everyone functions as a coach at one time or another. (Like when you need to coach staff/ colleagues, friends and acquaintances.) And so this is where NLP Coach will come in very useful.

With regards to Applied NLP in Business, it is a written test for your chosen/ selected area of focus. (eg. Sales, Staff Management, Customer Service) The purpose is for us to assess participant's understanding of how to apply what you've learned in different areas.

This quote by her mentor, Billy, perfectly sums up Kit in all that she does.  Whether she is speaking in front of an audience of ten or a thousand, during training, or writing, or just cooking dinner for friends, her passion is unmistakable.

Kit is a social entrepreneur with the desire to change the world, one child at a time.  She has made it her life mission to empower the youths of today with skills they will use come what may.  She believes in making a difference for others in everything that she does and utilizes the techniques, skills and knowledge she has learnt over the years to help others be the best they can be. 

Her passion to share her knowledge has led her to become a trainer, inspiring and empowering her audiences in a wide range of topics, including NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), communication and presentation skills as well as entrepreneurship.  She co-founded Kidz Smart Academy, a centre that offers life skills programs for youth so that she can teach them to fish. 

A chartered accountant by training, Kit is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.  She graduated from the University of Birmingham, England with a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and then trained with Touche Ross & Co in London.
