  • Earned Value Management based schedule performance analysis
  • Assessing the risk and feasibility of current time-objectives
  • Devising realistic and feasible delay recovery schedules
  • Project and program schedule performance reporting to the various stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining a log of corrective and preventive actions
  • Change control and updating the schedule baseline 
  • Documenting and using a lessons learned registry
