Speaker/s
Has over 32 years of both technical/field and managerial experiences in the Oil & Gas Business, with speciaizing in Facilities Engineering and Project Management mainly in the EP Upstream sector. He has hand-on knowledge of the full range of work/activities required to develop a typical Exploration & Production Asset and the subsequent field operations and maintenance of the installations.
He is an experienced trainer/facilitator in Field Engineering, Project Management and Maintenance, and has trained and coached >800 staff from Shell, related industry and recently been designing and conducting special training program for China Sinopec, CNOOC, Petrochem staff on Oversea EP upstream projects. He previously held a number of senior Technical and Managerial positions over a period of more then 19+ years with Shell Group of Companies at various locations including Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and Aberdeen, Scotland, UK notably as Project Manager for major EP projects. He also has held significant roles (Department Head) in Front End Engineering Design, Operational Risks Management and Business Process Re-engineering. Left Shell as a Senior Manager In Shell Malaysia Head Office (JG1) in year 2000.
