As consumers shift to digital sources for home viewing and search for real estate agents, there is a felt need for real estate agents to create awareness and engage prospects/customers on social media platforms in Singapore. This course is designed to primarily help them contribute and track content performance, as well as recommend improvements to marketing and promotion through social media engagement.
Outline
1. Participants will be able to conduct research to determine suitable social media platforms to support campaigns through analysis of social media mechanics and concepts.
2. Participants will be able to research and apply appropriate social media tools based social media management strategies and budget.3. Participants will be able to create and curate engaging social media contents based on social media techniques and target customers’ behaviours, interests, and demographics.
4. Participants will be able to manage customer relationship building activities in line with established organisational guidelines.
5. Participants will be able to guide responses to customer comments, review, and community activities in accordance with organisational social media policies based on the type of customer post.
6. Participants will be able to supervise efforts social media campaigns advertising by analysing the metrics and ROI of the campaign.
