AGBZ Dance Studio
AGBZ first started in 2009 with the main focus to promote healthy living lifestyle via practice of Yoga, Pilates and Fitness classes. Both Yoga and Pilates are known to support the development of long, strong, graceful bodies that move efficiently without creating bulky muscles and also used as rehabilitative systems all around the world. These forms of exercise can be tailored to cater to meet different fitness needs and is suitable for all ages.
At AGBZ, we provide a friendly and conducive learning environment for our students to help them to achieve wellness in their body, mind and spirit.
Being a young and dynamic studio, we are constantly exploring other forms of dance fitness programs for our customers. With the growing demand of people taking up dance classes as a form of fitness and hobby, we now extend our product choices to Salsa and Hiphop classes too.
